OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

Take your child on a wild ride to outer space where they'll learn about the universe with 24 fascinating built-in images of planets, stars and space. The Talking Telescope has 60 minutes of audio with 240 facts and questions with the voice of Emily Dawn Calandrelli- the producer and host of Fox's "Xploration Outer Space." There are two modes that children can chose from; fact or quiz mode giving you 120 facts or 120 questions to answer. The telescope has chunky knobs perfect for little hands to easily grip and a sturdy tripod for easy viewing. If the volume is too low or high you'll be able to switch between levels; medium and high. There are also two dials located on the telescope; one will change different objects to view and the other will change from facts and questions. Battery saving, automatic shut-off turns the unit off after two minutes of inactivity.
