Veggie Farm Sorting Set Review (Learning Resources)

Veggie Farm Sorting Set
What It Is

Grow veggies and early math skills with the Veggie Farm Sorting Set. Through different play activities, this set encourages sorting, counting, color identification, fine motor skills, and more.

An activity guide details the many activities kids can do. Kids can place the colored vegetables in the matching colored basket or sort them into the rows on the foam play board. Then kids can practice matching vegetables by sorting one type of vegetable into each row. Kids can also find the vegetables that are different and alike, practice memory skills, find and count vegetables to put in a basket, and even use the vegetables to practice basic addition.

Is It Fun?

This is definitely something that kids and parents will be playing with together, with parents guiding kids through the activities and asking follow-up questions to promote higher-level thinking and foster verbal development. We like that there are so many different ways to play with this, and kids will think it's neat to "plant" the vegetables and come up with their own stories for what's happening on the farm.

The Veggie Farm Sorting Set is for ages 3 and up.

What To Be Aware Of
