Ring-A-Ding-Ding Game is a 2-6 player game that includes 26 colorful stretchy bands similar to hair bands, one bell, and 32 cards with different patterns on them. The patterns feature the stretchy bands positioned in different ways on a hand. Players have to flip a card, and then race to replicate the pattern on their own hands in the same order and with the correct colored bands. The first player to do so rings the bell. If he or she copied the pattern successfully, they keep the card and win a point. The first player to collect five cards, wins. A Challenge Round is also included in the instructions which relies on memory. You only get to see the card for 5 seconds, and then have to try to replicate the pattern.
There is not a tremendous amount of depth to this game but that's part of what makes it fun. It isn't complicated to learn or to play, making it a great option for younger kids. It also offers a fun way to work on dexterity. The Challenge Round is a fun twist for older kids who may find the game too easy.
