OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

Stupid Deaths from University Games has risen from the board game grave! The object of this outrageous game is to be the first player to reach the reds place on the board or be the last person on the board NOT to be caught by the grim reaper. Each player chooses a pawn and is given an extra life card and a true or false voting card. A Stupid Death card is read and players vote whether the death is true or false. Winning guesses move away from the chasing reaper while losers stay behind as death reaches out it's cold grip. If the Reaper catches you, you will have one chance to cash in your extra life card to remain in the game. The box contains a game board, 300 stupid death cards, 6 player pawns, 1 grim reaper on stand, 12 true/false voting cards and 6 extra life tokens. For 2 to 6 players, this game is for ages 12 and up.

Is It Fun?

This is where fun comes from tragedy. Sort of. Definitely for the older set, players vote to decide if the death read from the chosen card is real or false. The outcome is either your game piece moves forward and away from the approaching Reaper, or will your answer cause you to freeze as the Reaper reaches out it's cold hand? It's very silly and all in good fun. Can you escape a Stupid Death?

Who It’s For
For ages 12 and up, this game is fun in a dark comedic sort of way. A sense of humor is needed as players read cards with unfortunate circumstances and vote wether they are true or false. Some people might be offended by the premise
