Fingerlings Untamed T-Rex Ripsaw, Ironjaw, Scratch, and Tracker Review (WowWee)

Fingerlings Untamed T-Rex Ripsaw, Ironjaw, Scratch, and Tracker
What It Is

We think there's something scary fun here...if we could just put our finger on it. These are the  Fingerlings Untamed from WowWee. You may remember the phenomenal success of the Fingerlings monkeys in 2017. Now they're dinosaurs. Terrifying.

They're actually a collection of animated, adorable T-Rex dinos. And they're, not that terrifying. We have to admit they're kind of cute. Open up the package, and you're ready to play. The batteries are included, so all you have to do is turn them on, and set them on your finger. Kids will get a kick out of how they come to life. With eyes that open and close, turning head action and more than 40 different sounds, these are great, unpredictable fun.

They'll respond to touch with two sensors, on the nose and the back of the head. And they'll also respond to sounds. The four in the first collection include Ripsaw featured in the video as well as the other three--Tracker, Iron Jaw and Scratch. They're all the same except for the decoration. These are cute, collectible interactive dino pals that can inspire lots of interactive play.

Get more than one for double digit fun.

Is It Fun?
Kids will get a kick out of interacting with these and, of course, getting them to roar and chomp. There's just the right amount of scariness for little kids. Which means, they can pretend to be playing with monsters, but the monsters are really pretty cute and approachable. Kids will enjoy playing with them as interactive pets that are inherently simple but lifelike.
Who It’s For
Fingerlings Untamed are recommended for kids ages 5 years and up. These will mostly appeal to the younger kids who like collecting and interacting with the dinos. They're great for co-play with a group of kids, too.
What To Be Aware Of
When not on a finger, turn the tail to one side, and your dino will sit on its own...ready for its next adventure!

These are designed for kids fingers; they will feel snug to adults.
