Women March! 500 Piece Round Puzzle Review (eeBoo)

Women March! 500 Piece Round Puzzle
What It Is

On January 21, 2017, over 4 million people (women, men and children) in the United States marched in what became known as the Women's March. During this march, people gathered together to stand for general equality, justice and tolerance. To celebrate the Women's March, eeBoo along with illustrator Jennifer Orkin Lewis have created a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle.

This round puzzle is 23 inches in diameter and features a quote from the feminist leader Gloria Steinem. Around it's edges it says, "We are linked, we are not ranked, and this is a day that will change us forever because we are together, each of us individually and collectively will never be the same again". This colorful illustrated puzzle also displays the diverse faces of marchers some holding signs with slogans like "Hate has no home here" and "women's right are human rights". Plus, it's made from 90% recycled gray board and vegetable based inks.

Is It Fun?

This puzzle was certainly fun to solve. It's not easy, but it's not extremely hard either. Likewise, once completed it is a very nice puzzle with its colorful details, diverse faces and signs that are fun to read. We also like that the maker of this puzzle left a note in the box apologizing for leaving out two letters in the word individually in the text around the puzzle. They even joke that perfection is boring.

Who It’s For

This puzzle is recommended for ages 14 years and up. We also recommend this puzzle for parents and children who love solving puzzles with a purpose. This puzzle is also a great way to introduce history and teachable moments into everyday playtime.
