Puzoodles Review (Blip Toys)

What It Is

What do you get when you combine food, animals, and puzzle-like construction play? Puzoodles! This new collectible toy lineup lets kids build some pretty cute food and animal mash-ups. There's Purrfect Taco, a cat taco, and Dinocake, a dinosaur cupcake. Slow Food is a burger turtle, and Melon Bites is a ferociously cute shark watermelon. Kernel Llama is a llama made up of popcorn kernels, while Caterpillar Roll is a caterpillar made up of sushi. Fruity Feathers is a tropical drink-inspired bird with a pineapple body, while Chip-pan Zee is a chocolate chip cookie-inspired monkey. Each is sold separately.

They come with between 21 and 29 pieces, and when you open the box, all of the pieces are separated in individual blind bags. You'll have to open up each bag to reveal the pieces, and then follow the picture instructions to snap your animal together. Some of the pieces are labeled with letters or numbers, so you'll want to keep similarly labeled pieces together. And because these are puzzles, the pieces will fit together in a certain way, so it may take a bit of twisting or flipping the pieces until you get them to fit just right.

Is It Fun?

These little puzzles are really cute, and kids will like collecting the animals or food that appeal to them, or trying to collect all eight in the first series. Keep them on display, play with them, or take them apart and put them together again. There are many ways for kids to play with Puzoodles.

Who It’s For

Puzoodles are for ages 4 and up, and will be fun collectibles for kids who like animals and food.

What To Be Aware Of

It took us about 10 minutes to build the llama Puzoodle. Some of the pieces were a little hard to snap into the main body piece. Younger kids might need some help.
