What It Is

The new lightweight Explore One Aries telescope is the perfect scope for beginner's interested in the world around them. Explore Scientific delivers a great tool for the whole family to share in discovering new terrain and details of the universe around them from their own backyard. Simple to use, the telescope comes with a simple AZ mount and tripod with smooth scope up, down and side to side movement. The sturdy tripod has adjustable legs for floor or table use and it offers a 50mm aperture, a 600 mm focal length and two eyepieces, 12.5mm and 20 mm that allow for different levels of magnification. The accessories tray is for holding the additional lenses and lense cap. There's a red dot view finder on the side which makes for easy object location. It comes with 1 button cell battery, and downloadable astronomy software and a star map are available online. 

Is It Fun?

It's a  great tool for the whole family to share in discovering new terrain and details of the universe around them from their own backyard. It's simple to use and fun.  The red dot view finder is excellent for zeroing in on a location and then exploring it more carefully by looking through the eyepiece of the scope. The scope has two different distance lenses for varied views. The telescope is lightweight and can be easily moved from place to place for desired viewing.
