OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

Have a ball in the water or on land with McCoy's Brainy Ball. This colorful plastic ball will float on water, and it has holes in it so that water will drain out when you lift it up. If you're playing with it on land, you can roll it back and forth with your child, and observe all the textured numbers and objects, such as a tree, eyes, and a horse, on the ball's surface.

However, the ball is made up of 20 individual pieces that come apart. The pieces will float in the water if you're playing with them in the bathtub, or you can use them out of the water for sorting, stacking, counting, and more. The pieces slide and snap back together so you can reassemble the ball and play with it as a ball again.

Is It Fun?

We like that this toy doubles as a bath toy, giving little ones more than one place to play with it. And it's also pretty neat that it comes apart so that kids can explore the individual pieces more for specific play with color and number recognition, as guided by mom and dad, or just fun stacking and connecting play.

Who It’s For

McCoy's Brainy Ball will be a fun two-in-one toy for ages 1 and up.

What To Be Aware Of

An adult will need to help take apart the ball for young kids.
