Metallic Mania Rock Art Review (Cra-Z-Art)

Metallic Mania Rock Art
What It Is

Add some pizzazz to your rock-painting game with the Shimmer 'n Sparkle Metallic Mania Rock Art kit. This takes the trend of painting rocks and adds metallic paints and shimmery gems to let kids create one-of-a-kind rock designs that really sparkle. It comes with everything kids need to get started, though there may be a few items you'll need from home depending on how you choose to design your rocks, such as a pencil or stencils for drawing and tracing your designs on the rocks, tape for helping you create unique designs, and glue for adhering the gems.

You get two paintbrushes: a big brush and a tiny brush for painting thin lines, words, and detailed art. There is also a dotting tool to help you make little paint dots.

Once your paint designs have dried, glue on the gems. And once you have a fully dried and decorated rock, apply the clear coat over the rock with the big paintbrush.

Is It Fun?

For kids who are into the rock-painting trend, this kit offers a new way to get creative and paint more rocks. From mixing the metallic colors to coming up with unique designs, this will definitely inspire a lot of creative play. Kids can keep their rocks for display in their rooms, give them to friends, or hide them around the neighborhood (with adult supervision) for someone else to find and enjoy.

Who It’s For

The Shimmer 'n Sparkle Metallic Mania Rock Art kit is for ages 6 and up. Artistic kids who are into the rock-painting trend will have fun working with the metallic paints in this kit.
