The Raw Main Event Ring, from Mattel, is for wrestling fans, ages 8+. It requires 3 AA batteries, and will need to be assembled. Assembly should take about 20 minutes, which includes your wrestling ring, along with ropes and posts, and a breakaway table. The ring comes with two chairs, and an exclusive Goldberg wrestling figure. Other figures are sold separately. Wrestling has been around since the beginning of time, and WWE's Raw events have been going strong for nearly 25 years. In the 80s, I was obsessed with wrestling and would have loved to have a ring for my Hulk Hogan, Andre the Giant and Iron Sheik figures. Now kids can re-create all the fast-paced, high-flying action, right in their homes. The ropes bend, the ring is sturdy and you can even destroy the media table. The ring also lights up, but to me that feels like the least fun part of it. Additionally, there are stands that you can pose figures on, but again, this seems like an unnecessary feature. The Goldberg figure is fully posable and I only wish I had one more wrestler to play with. Kids love wrestling and they'll love the Raw Main Event Ring. So suit up, listen for the starting bell, and get ready to "submit" to fun.
Yes - wrestling fans will love playing with the ring to create fun wrestling matches.
