Paw Patrol Electronic Music Mat Review (Jakks Pacific)

Paw Patrol Electronic Music Mat
What It Is

Make some "pawesome" music with your favorite Paw Patrol characters on the Paw Patrol Electronic Music Mat. There are three ways for preschoolers to play as they step and dance on this roll-out piano mat.

If you just want to play the piano, step on where it says "piano" and then step on any of the piano keys to hear musical notes and create your own songs.

If you want to have a dance party, step on where it says "music", and then step on any of the keys to play one of five pre-programmed tunes or three sound effects.

And if you want to play a game, then step on where it says "memory". This starts the Pup Pup Boogie Memory Game. You'll hear a full song played, and then you'll hear each note played one by one. You'll have to follow along and match each note to create that same tune. If you get it right, the notes will continue to play. If not, Marshall will let you know to try again.

Is It Fun?

This music mat is a fun way to engage Paw Patrol fans in creative and active play. They'll enjoy making their own music and playing along with Marshall, Chase, Skye, and Everest all while dancing, jumping, stepping, and more.

Who It’s For

The Paw Patrol Electronic Music Mat is for ages 3 and up. It's a fun and musical way to play for preschoolers who like Paw Patrol.

What To Be Aware Of

This includes two AA batteries for the in-store try-me features, so you'll probably want to replace them before you play for best results.

We think the memory game is going to be difficult for preschoolers because the piano keys don't light up to show kids which keys they are supposed to press. They have to listen and figure out by trial and error which piano key will play that note.

The mat measures 36 inches by 16 inches.
