LEGO Minecraft The Crafting Box 2.0 Review (LEGO)

LEGO Minecraft The Crafting Box 2.0
What It Is

Continue building your own Minecraft universe with the LEGO Minecraft The Crafting Box 2.0. With this construction set, model number 21135, Minecraft fans get 717 pieces for creating customized Minecraft landscapes featuring favorite characters and objects.

Open up the box and you'll find five brick bags, each containing one set of bricks with three alternative model configurations. Models include Steve's house, a mine, a desert area, and areas for rearing livestock and crops. The models are modular, so they can be combined and rearranged in many configurations.

And for play once built, the set includes a Steve minifigure, a horse, a cow, a slime figure, a Creeper, and various accessories, such as a golden pickaxe, TNT, tools, torches, a crafting table, a chest, crops, and redstone ore and gold ore blocks. There's even an exploding TNT function.

Is It Fun?

This is a great way to promote the creative play of Minecraft off the computer screen. Minecraft fans will like seeing familiar characters, objects, and landscapes and getting to build and configure them however they want with the pieces in this set. This is all about creative building that allows Minecraft fans to build their own Minecraft worlds whether for play or display.
