LEGO Star Wars: The Last Jedi Buildable Figures Rey Review (LEGO)

LEGO Star Wars: The Last Jedi Buildable Figures Rey
What It Is

The LEGO Star Wars: The Last Jedi Rey buildable figure is an 85-piece figure that brings to life Rey as she appears in the new Star Wars Episode 8 movie. Rey has traded in her double-buns and goggled helmet featured in the Force Awakens version of the figure for a half-up bob. She's also wielding the legendary blue light saber, used by multiple Skywalkers (Anikin Skywalker, Luke Skywalker) as well as a blaster pistol. She's wearing new robes, swapping her Jakku scavenger look for a grey ensemble--an interesting color choice, which perhaps hints to Rey walking the path of a grey Jedi. Turn the knob on Rey's back to make her wield the lightsaber up and down. The Rey buildable figure also features fabric elements.

Is It Fun?

What makes this figure more fun for fans of construction play is the building aspect. It's an easy build for kids that yields plenty of opportunities for post-build play. Fans can use this Rey jedi-in-training action figure to recreate scenes from The Last Jedi. The figure is also highly poseable thanks to ball joint pieces for articulation that makes it equally fun to display in different stances.

Who It’s For

The LEGO Star Wars: The Last Jedi Rey Buildable Action Figure is for fans of Star Wars and LEGO, ages 7 and up. Thanks in part to the poseability of this figure, it may also appeal to older collectors for display.

What To Be Aware Of

This LEGO build took our in-house builder roughly 15 minutes to put together. Directions were easy to follow.
