Lightning McQueen is all about racing and writing, and that's what kids get to do with the Disney/Pixar Cars 3 Race & Trace Lightning McQueen. It looks like the number 95 Lightning McQueen car, but it's actually an electronic writing tablet with an LED display, keyboard buttons with letters and numbers, a built-in chunky stylus, and five activity buttons.
Pop open the translucent engine cover to reveal the keyboard. Press one of the five activity buttons to start the play.
Free Draw is an activity where kids use the stylus to draw anything they want on the LED panel.
In Learn to Write, kids help Cruz Ramirez and Lightning McQueen input data by pressing letter and number buttons, then tracing over the lights on the display to write them stroke by stroke.
Race with Lightning McQueen is a memory game. You'll see a path light up, and then you use the stylus to repeat it.
In Phonics Finder, help register the racers by finding letters that match the letter sounds. Once you've found the correct letter, trace over the lights to write it.
And in Catch Me If You Can!, kids touch the flashing lights to keep up with Lightning McQueen as he races through Thomasville.
Kids are really going to like that this Lightning McQueen turns into an electronic toy with many different activities. And the activities are all Cars-themed, which makes kids feel like they are right there on the racetrack with Lightning. And they can end up using the Lightning McQueen as part of their pretend Cars play.
Parents will like that through the play, kids are working on writing letters and numbers, identifying letters and numbers, phonics, and memory skills.
The Disney/Pixar Cars 3 Race & Trace Lightning McQueen is for ages 3 to 6. Cars fans are really going to like this new way to interact and play with a favorite character. Plus, it's a nice way to help preschoolers with letters, numbers, phonics, writing, and memory skills.
