EDITOR'S REVIEW
OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

It's all about firepower with the X-Shot Turbo Advance Dart Blaster. This blaster comes with 96 foam darts, and it can hold 40 of them at a time in its rotating barrel. These are Excel Series darts, which means you can launch them up to 90 feet.

Removing and loading the barrel is easy to do. Just press the button to push the holder and unlock the barrel. Load the darts, place the barrel back into position, and slide the holder back down to lock the barrel in place.

To fire, slide the primer back and then forward and pull the trigger. When one layer of darts is depleted, flick the switch on the side to start firing the second layer of darts.

Is It Fun?

This blaster looks fierce, and it fires fiercely, too. Not only does it come with a lot of darts, but it also holds a lot of darts so you don't have to spend a lot of time reloading in the middle of a blaster battle. We were also really surprised at how well this blaster performed. We tested ours in a hallway, which is not always the ideal blaster testing location, but our darts still flew about 50 feet, and they would have gone farther had they not run into ceilings or walls.

Who It’s For

The X-Shot Turbo Advance Dart Blaster is for ages 8 and up. Blaster fans are really going to enjoy adding this high-capacity, high-power blaster to their arsenals.

What To Be Aware Of

Do not aim the darts at people's eyes or faces.
