EDITOR'S REVIEW
OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

The Light & Sound Firetruck from Brio is a sturdy, well made plastic, and wooden firetruck with a wailing siren, and flashing lights. Measuring 4x6 inches, the truck has working wheels, a hose, and two ladders. It also comes with two classic Brio wooden firefighter figures - a man and a woman - that measure 2.5-inches each. Kids can push or pull the truck, and press the yellow button to activate the siren, and lights. They can pretend to have the fireman jump out of the truck, and unravel the hose to fight a fire, and then reel it back in when they're through. The two ladders can be removed from the truck, and attached to one another to create a taller ladder. Recommended for toddlers and preschoolers ages 18 months and up, it offers imaginative play in a fun, and safe way.
