Boulevard Clicktight ARB Review (Britax)

Boulevard Clicktight ARB
What It Is

The Britax Boulevard Clicktight ARB is a rear and forward facing car seat that stays with your growing child.

Super easy Click Tight installation makes this easy for parents to install in cars ensuring a secure install every time.

An Anti Rebound Bar helps stabilize the car seat in rear facing mode in case of impact.  An integrated Steel Frame and Impact Absorbing Base both add to the high safety in case of impact.

The Click & Safe Snug harness indicator clicks into place to let you know your child is secure, Auto Level Indicators help guide parents to once again make sure the seat is properly installed and a 14-position quick adjust harness allows parents to keep up with their growing child. The fabrics on this car seat are soft and breathable. The seat itself is roomy and allows kids to stay in the rear facing mode longer.

In the forward facing mode, this car seat again, provides a very comfortable ride for the child – with high headrest that has 2 layers of side impact protection, it’s great for long rides where kids can rest their heads with support and sleep.

Is It Fun?

Overall, this is a really great convertible car seat for use with baby all the way through the toddler and preschool years. The seat itself is roomy and allows kids to stay in the rear facing mode longer.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that all infants and toddlers should ride in a Rear-Facing Car Seat until they are 2 years of age or until they reach the highest weight or height allowed by their car seat manufacturer and we think this convertible car seat allows space for growing children.

Britax has really kept the ease of use for the parent in mind with the click tight system and the click and safe snug harness. We also love that this car seat stays with your child from birth through the car seat years.

Who It’s For
The Britax Boulevard ClickTight ARB  is for ages birth and up. In rear-facing mode this is for 5 - 40 pounds and in forward-facing mode its for 20–65 pounds.
What To Be Aware Of

One thing to note, since this is a convertible car seat, it’s heavy and not meant to be used with a travel system stroller.
