OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is
Help Chase and the team on their next mission with the PAW Patrol Mission PAW Mission Pup Pad from Spin Master. In season 4 of PAW Patrol, the PAW Patrollers are given a new mission to keep watch of the royal crown in Barkingburg. With this updated Pup Pad, help lead the rescue and call all the pups into action. You can press any of the Mission Pup images to hear classic catchphrases and sound effects from each kids favorite PAW Patrollers, including Chase, Marshall, Skye, Rocky, Rubble, and Zuma.

There are a couple of features that really update this version of the Pup Pad. First, unlike other versions of Ryder’s Pup Pads of the past, which were handheld, this one is kind of like a super-spy gadget that kids can actually wear on their wrist for roleplay. It also features six updated Mission PAW cards, themed to the Mission PAW: Quest for the Crown episode. To use, simply insert a card and activate the big red button. From there, kids can listen up as Ryder gives the necessary details to help select the right pups for the mission. Each of the cards features a hologram that changes as kids move it to see different scenes from the episode.

Is It Fun?
We like how this new Pup Pad let’s kids continue to engage with the new storyline away from the screen as well as interact and roleplay with the characters. The wearable band is a great added detail that we think kids will especially love, which kind of makes it feel like a spy gadget or even a high-tech wearable like mom and dads.
Who It’s For
The PAW Patrol Mission PAW Pup Pad is for ages 3 and up from Spin Master. It will appeal to PAW Patrol fans and especially those familiar with one of the new episodes in season four. We also like that this Pup Pad is wearable for roleplay.
What To Be Aware Of
Three AAA batteries are required and they are included.

The wearable Pup Pad is adjustable but young kids may need some help putting it on and sizing it to fit their arm. It may feel a bit heavy though at times.
