OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

After racing all over the world, the Cars characters are now racing in your bathtub. The Disney/Pixar Cars Hydro Wheels Strip Weathers aka “The King” is only one of the Hydro Wheels cars based on characters from the Disney/Pixar Cars movies. These cool plastic cars can race on land and in water.

For land racing, push the car back and forth on a hard, flat surface three to four times and then let go to watch the car take off. For water racing, rev it up the same way but release it in water. We found that you'll want to rev it up a little more for the water racing, otherwise the car will just float and not really go anywhere.

The Strip Weathers aka “The King” car is blue with the number “43” printed all over. He has a Dinoco logo on his hood along with some water bubbles.

Is It Fun?
This is going to add some fun imaginative water racing play to bath time, which might make a reluctant bather more interested in hopping into the tub. Cars fans will be happy to have a favorite Cars character to play with in the bathtub or the pool. But with the car's dual functionality, kids can also race with Strip Weathers on dry land, too. Of course, no matter where you play, you'll need more Hydro Wheels cars to have a real race, and those are sold separately.
Who It’s For
The Disney/Pixar Cars Hydro Wheels Strip Weathers aka “The King” is for ages 3 and up. This will engage Cars fans in lots of imaginative play. Kids will like bringing a favorite Cars character into the bath or pool with them for some water racing fun.
What To Be Aware Of

You'll probably want to rev the car up a little more for the water racing, otherwise the car will just float and not really go anywhere.

Additional Hydro Wheels include Nigel Gearsley, Mater, Lightning McQueen, Ramone, Sheriff, and Raoul Caroule. Each is sold separately.
