OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

Bring the world of Spring City to life with Bob the Builder Talking Scoop. This construction vehicle looks just like the yellow digger from the PBS Kids TV show, complete with a working scoop bucket in front and trench digger in back. Roll Scoop around on his four rugged wheels and then press the “B” button on top to hear more than 20 character phrases and sound effects.

Scoop might say, “Oh boy! Scoop coming through! Emergency! Everyone out of the way!” Or he might say, “Sorry, Bob. I got a little too excited.”

Kids might also hear Bob relaying information to Scoop through his radio. Bob might say, “I need you at the milkshake bar. I've got a job for you.”

Is It Fun?

Talking Scoop will be a lot of fun for preschoolers who enjoy watching Bob the Builder, especially if Scoop is one of their favorite characters. Kids can recreate favorite scenes from the show or make up their own construction site stories. The character phrases and sound effects bring the character to life, and the moving parts enhance the imaginative play.

Who It’s For
Bob the Builder Talking Scoop is for ages 3 and up. This will be fun for kids who enjoy watching Bob the Builder and who like Scoop as one of their favorite characters. Imaginative preschoolers can play out scenes from the show or use the character phrases and sound effects to power their own construction site stories.
What To Be Aware Of

Talking Scoop comes with two AAA batteries, but those power the in-store try-me features, so it's recommended that you replace them before you play for best results.
