Disney Moana Ceremonial Dress Review (Hasbro)

Disney Moana Ceremonial Dress
What It Is
The Disney Moana Ceremonial Dress Adventure doll from Hasbro capture one of Moana's looks from the film, which is also inspired by Hawaiian culture. Her ceremonial dress is only visible briefly in the film but for fans of this Disney princess, it's one they'll want to have. Inspired by the Taualuga ceremonies of Samoa, as the daughter of the chief, Moana dons this traditional festive outfit. The outfit features a layered skirt made up of mats and tapa featuring a red print and made to look as if it were adorned with feathers and shells. Her look is topped off by a vibrant head dress and leaves and feathered bands around her ankles and arms.
Is It Fun?
We think fans of the movie will have fun roleplaying with Moana in her unique ceremonial outfit, which looks like it's straight out of the movie. We also like that with a lot of different accessories included, kids can stylize Moana to go on different adventures.
Who It’s For
The Disney Moana Ceremonial Dress Adventure doll is for ages 3 and up. It will appeal to fans of the Disney film, Moana, as well as those that enjoy collecting all the different Disney Princesses and fashion doll play.
What To Be Aware Of
The posable doll stands at about 12 inches tall. The doll is flat footed so it can stand on its own although the accessories can throw off its balance a bit.
