Minecraft Enchanted Bow and Arrow Review (Mattel)

Minecraft Enchanted Bow and Arrow
What It Is

Add some enchantment to your Minecraft roleplay with the Minecraft Enchanted Bow and Arrow. This roleplay set comes with a bow that really launches an arrow. And both pieces have the iconic pixilated Minecraft look.

The bow itself is purple with a soft foam pixilated “string”. The arrow is green, gold, and silver with a soft foam tip. Load the arrow into the bow, attach it to the string, and pull back on the string. Then, let go to fire the arrow. The package says it can fly up to 20 feet.

Is It Fun?

This brings the fun of the Minecraft game to life for Minecraft fans. It's going to be a life-sized must-have for kids who want to play out what happens in the game. And, of course, the Enchanted Bow and Arrow is an important asset in one's inventory, helping you fend off Creepers, Zombies, and Skeletons, or whatever obstacle you encounter through your Minecraft roleplay.

The only downside that older fans might find is that the arrow really doesn't shoot that far. When we tested ours, it flew about 15 feet. But while it doesn't get great distance, it is lightweight and easy to fire, which will be ideal for younger Minecraft fans.

Who It’s For
The Minecraft Enchanted Bow and Arrow is for ages 6 and up. It's going to be a fun roleplay toy for younger Minecraft fans who want to bring the action from the game to life.
What To Be Aware Of

The box says the arrow can fly up to 20 feet. Ours only went about 15 feet when we tested it, and we think that older Minecraft fans will find that distance disappointing for their roleplay.

A regular Minecraft Bow and Arrow roleplay toy is also available and sold separately.
