Schwinn Burnout SmartStart Bike Review (Pacific Cycle)

Schwinn Burnout SmartStart Bike
What It Is
The Schwinn Burnout SmartStart Boys 16-Inch Bike is a beginner training bike with a sleek and sporty neon blue and white look. Kids can build their confidence by starting out with the included training wheels. Then once they feel comfortable enough, pop off those trainers. The bike also has a lot of great classic and essential features for first-time riders, such as peddles that are closer together, a quick handle bar break, an angled adjustable seat, and grippy, rugged tires perfect for taking kids from the sidewalks to the streets and even across the grass.
Is It Fun?

This is a solid starter bike for beginners and it's one that kids will feel confident cruising on with or without training wheels. The sleek design will make kids feel more grown up even with their training wheels on, while the adjustable seat makes it easy to grow with a child.

Who It’s For

The Schwinn Burnout SmartStart Boys 16” Bike is for ages 4–8. It is best suited for kids that are still building up their confidence on a bicycle and transitioning to a two-wheeler. Parents will also like how easy it is to attach and detach the training wheels as well as adjust the seat height for their growing kids.

What To Be Aware Of

This bike fits heights 38–48-inches tall.

This bike is part of the Schwinn SmartStart bike line for kids transitioning to their first two-wheeler. Its narrower pedal position matches the width of a child's hips so it makes it easier for them to pedal.

Because this is a training bike, it does not feature a kickstand or foot breaks. To break, kids must pump the handle bar break.

Assembly is required.
