Get started battling with new Beyblade Burst tops with the Beyblade Burst Epic Rivals Battle Set, which comes with a Beystadium, two new Beyblade Burst tops, and two launchers.
The new Beyblade Burst tops can burst into three segments during battle. There's the energy layer, forge disc, and performance tip. Each top has different battle abilities, and the back of the box shows you how well the two tops in this set (Valtryek V2 and Spryzen S2) will perform in six categories: attack, burst, defense, weight, agility, and stamina. If you have other Beyblade Burst tops, mix and match the three segments to customize your own Beyblade Burst top.
To launch the tops into battle, insert the ripcord into the launcher. Attach the Beyblade top to the bottom of the launcher and spin it to secure. Then, hold the launcher over the Beystadium, pull out the ripcord, and watch your top fall and spin around. With the new Beyblade Burst tops, there are three ways you can score points in a battle: if you knock your opponent's top out of the ring, if your opponent's top stops spinning before yours, or if your opponent's top bursts in battle. The first player to get to three points wins.
This set gives Beyblade fans everything they need to start up a Beyblade battle right out of the box. And Beyblade fans are really going to like the new Beyblade Burst tops. These tops have the same spinning and crashing action of the original Beyblade tops that's always fun to watch, but the burst feature makes the battles more unpredictable. However, you should know that the bursting feature is rare. The trial and error of mixing and matching the three special segments to create all-new Beyblade tops with different performance abilities will also be a lot of fun.
The Beyblade Burst Epic Rivals Battle Set is for ages 8 and up. This is a cool new look to Beyblade that fans will like, as it gives them a new way to battle. Kids will like watching the tops spin and crash into each other, and it will be fun to mix and match the pieces to see if you can create the ultimate Beyblade top that is always the last top standing.
You can collect more Beyblade Burst tops in single packs and dual packs, sold separately.
Beyblade Burst tops should only battle other Beyblade Burst tops.
Do not lean over the Beystadium when the tops are in play. You should also not use the Beystadium on tables or other elevated surfaces, so just disregard the way we demonstrated using it in the video review.
