OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

Add even more characters to your LEGO collection with the collectible minifigures in the LEGO Minifigures Series 16. This new collection includes 16 minifigures to collect, including a Desert Warrior, Penguin Boy, Ice Queen, Spy, Banana Guy, Hiker, Kickboxer, Spooky Boy, Rogue, Cyborg, Cute Little Devil, Dog Show Winner, Scallywag Pirate, Babysitter, Wildlife Photographer, and a Mariachi. Each minifigure comes in a sealed mystery bag, so you won't know which one of the 16 you're getting until you open the bag. Each minifigure also comes with a few accessory pieces for the minifigure (for instance, a spider for Spooky Boy, a guitar for the Mariachi, and a pumpkin bucket for the Cute Little Devil), a display stand, and a collector's guide so you can keep track of which series 16 minifigures you've got.

Is It Fun?

The mystery of opening each bag to see which new minifigure you're getting really ups the collectability factor of these LEGO minifigures. Kids will have fun trading each other for the figures they want and adding these cool and sometimes kooky characters to their LEGO sets. These minifigures have lots of fun details and accessories that make them great for keeping on display if you are a LEGO collector but they are also going to be lots of fun for kids to play with. Each one of these minifigures has a rich backstory just waiting for imaginative kids to tell it.

Who It’s For

The LEGO Minifigures Series 16 are for ages 5 and up. LEGO builders young and old will like collecting all of the series 16 minifigures to add to their LEGO construction sets. These figures will be fun for fans to display, but with all of the accessories and cool details, they're going to be even more fun for fans to play with. Each one adds something unique to the LEGO world.

What To Be Aware Of

Some assembly of the minifigures is required, but it's very easy to do. The piece-count is going to vary, but there are general picture instructions on the included collector's guide.
