Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Bumble Review (Beverly Hills Teddy Bear Company)

Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Bumble
What It Is

Some of your favorite characters from the classic Christmas special Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer can now be cuddled and played with off of the TV screen with stuffed animals from Beverly Hills Teddy Bear Company. Rudolph and Bumble are made of a super soft material, which is why their hangtags say they are the “world's softest”. Each one is sold separately.

Bumble is based on the Abominable Snow Monster character from the classic 1964 stop-motion Rankin/Bass Christmas special. In the movie, Bumble is kind of a scary fellow who chases after Rudolph and Hermey, and holds Rudolph's parents and Clarice hostage. But at the end of the movie, Bumble has been reformed and even puts a gold star on top of Santa's Christmas tree. The plush version of Bumble isn't scary at all; it's cute! It features soft white fur, white hair sprouting from the top of Bumble's head, blue hands and feet, and an embroidered face.

Rudolph is based on the main character of the Rankin/Bass Christmas special. In the movie, Rudolph is made fun of for having a red nose, so he runs away and ends up on the Island of Misfit Toys. But he leaves soon after arriving to return home, only to find that he must leave again to save his parents and Clarice from Bumble. And then, just like in the song, Rudolph's red nose guides Santa through a blizzard, and Rudolph is a hero. Kids can play out Rudolph's adventure with the Rudolph plush toy, which is made from a soft brown and white fur, with brown paws, two tiny reindeer antlers, embroidered eyes, and the character's signature red nose.
