The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Fisher-Price issued a voluntary recall of the Fisher-Price Soothing Motions Seat. No injuries have been reported but the motor housing can overheat, posing a potential fire hazard. Children's and families' safety is always our top priority at Mattel. Our long record of safety is why Fisher-Price is the #1 most loved and trusted brand by Moms. The actions we are taking today are in support of maintaining that highest level of trust. We ask consumers to visit service.mattel.com so we can provide them with recall and refund instructions.


The Fisher-Price Soothing Motions Seat helps put baby to sleep by gently rocking and bouncing baby just like you would. The seat has a two-point recline and three movement settings. There's bounce, sway, and bounce sway, which soothes baby to sleep while you get other tasks done.

The Fisher-Price Soothing Motions Seat is the ideal seat for parents who are constantly doing other tasks, whether it's for home or for work. This seat comes with three different soothing settings, 10 songs, two nature sounds, and a three toy mobile to keep baby entertained. 
Who It’s For
This is for babies from birth up to 25 pounds or until baby shows signs of wanting to crawl out of the seat.
What To Be Aware Of
This seat comes with an AC adaptor that plugs into the wall so it doesn't need batteries. The fabrics are machine washable. It is small so it does not take up a lot of room.
