OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

Help baby find his rhythm with the Egg Percussion Set. This comes with three egg-shaped toys that each make a variety of sounds. The yellow egg makes a chime sound when you shake it. The blue egg sounds like a rattle. And the red egg is more of a maraca. On the non-colored side of each egg, there are textured bars against which kids can scrape the included stick. Or use the stick to hit each egg. Each egg also has a display base.

This whole toy set is made out of reclaimed rubber trees with water-based dyes, non-formaldehyde glue, and a chemical-free kiln-dried process.

Is It Fun?
This is a cute little activity set that is sized just right for small hands and engages young kids in early music play. Shaking, hitting, and scraping also helps babies with fine motor skills, and the variety of sounds will be fun for little ones to explore. And because these toys are egg-shaped, they would also be fun to place in a child's Easter basket.
Who It’s For
The Egg Percussion Set is for ages 12 months and up. Because this toy is made with sustainable materials, it will appeal to parents who are looking for eco-friendly toy options for their kids.
