EDITOR'S REVIEW
OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is
It's the year 2169, and Earth is a post-apocalyptic wasteland with no law. But with the Nerf Doomlands 2169 Vagabond blaster, kids can bring justice to this doomed land. This pump-action blaster comes with six Nerf darts that load into the six-dart rotating barrel. To fire each dart, slide the pump handle back and forth once, and then press the trigger. We got our darts to shoot about 60 feet. There's even a clear piece on the front so you can see the inner workings of the pump handle and trigger.
Is It Fun?
Much like the Nerf Zombie Strike theme, Nerf Doomlands plays on a current trend in pop culture: the post-apocalyptic world. For Nerf fans who want a powerful Nerf blaster that really performs, this one is easy to use and gets great distance. The whole Doomlands theme also adds a level of imaginative roleplay to classic Nerf battling.
Who It’s For
The Nerf Doomlands 2169 Vagabond is for ages 8 and up. It will appeal to Nerf fans looking for a well-performing blaster and those who want to add a little roleplay to their Nerf battles.
What To Be Aware Of
Do not aim the darts at eyes or faces.
