OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is
The ScooterX2 is a side-by-side double stroller by Joovy that weighs 28 pounds and is 30 inches in width so you shouldn't have any issues fitting it through standard size doors. Features of this 2015 model include: larger, sealed bearing wheels, and double front wheels, which makes for a smooth ride; a graphite frame for stability; an easy-to-use foot break; removable bumper bar; and adjustable five-point harnesses for safety. The parent basket located under the seats is easy to access and offers more storage than most bins. There's also an extra large canopy with a peekaboo window, and two length options to protect children from the sun. The seats recline independently and easily. There is a divider between the seats, as well as mesh pockets for holding toys, sippy cups, or snacks. There are also built-in cup holders and pockets in the backs of seats, which are great for holding parents' water bottles, keys, money, wipes, or just about anything else. It's easy to fold too. Just grasp the handle pushing in the lighter gray buttons and turn the handle forward while pushing close.
Why Is It Useful?
With so many essential features, the ScooterX2 is a great double stroller option. It's nice looking, uses high-quality materials, is comfortable, sturdy, safe, and easy to maneuver. It offer the best value for the price.
Who It’s For
The manufacturer recommends using the Scooterx2 for babies 3 months old and up. This stroller has longevity and would be great for toddlers and even older children. It would work for twins or two children of different ages. The weight limit is 90 pounds so that means you can have a child up to 45 pounds in each seat and comfortably up to 44-inches tall.
What To Be Aware Of
The ScooterX2 measures 30 inches in width and should fit through standard size doors. Assembly is required and it took us five minutes to complete.

This is not compatible with infant car seats so this is a stroller you'd use once you wanted your little ones in regular stroller seats. The manufacturer recommends using it for babies 3 months old and up. The weight limit is 90 pounds, 45 pounds per seat.

There's an extra large canopy with a peekaboo window, and two length options to protect children from the sun. However, there is only one canopy and not two separate canopies. You won't have the option of leaving it open for one child and pulling it down for the other. The seats do recline easily. It is not a full 180-degree recline but you can get up to a 149-degree recline, which would be fine for naps. And unlike the canopy, the seats recline independently, and feature a divider between the seats.

It weighs about 28 pounds so it's mid-size, and it's fairly flat when folded. You wouldn't want to carry it around but it wouldn't be too difficult to lift and put in the trunk of a car.

The bumper bar is removable and two endcaps are included to use when bumper is removed.

There are five fun colors to choose from.
