ChildMinder SoftClip System Review (Baby Alert International)

ChildMinder SoftClip System
What It Is

The ChildMinder SoftClip System reminds parents to take their baby out of the car. The soft clip attaches to the child's harness on the car seat. The key ring unit attaches to the caregiver's key ring. The basic way that this works is that once the unit is activated, the devices cannot be more than 15 feet away from one another. The minute one device is 15 feet away, it starts beeping. This in turn reminds the caregiver that the baby is still in the car. It's deactivated by unlatching the soft clip or turning off the key ring. This alert system has a lithium battery that is good for one full year, and it does send you light indicators when the battery life is fading. Changing the battery is very easy to do.
