Thomas & Friends Motion Control Thomas Review (Fisher-Price)

Thomas & Friends Motion Control Thomas
What It Is

Thomas & Friends Motion Control Thomas is a battery-operated Thomas engine that responds to kids' hand movements. Press the blue button and wave your hand or the crossing sign over Thomas' roof to send Thomas on his way. Wave your hand forward to send him forward and wave your hand backward to send him backward. Thomas will also avoid obstacles by reversing and turning.

Kids can also play in Thomas Says mode by pressing the dome button again. Thomas will then ask kids to send him in certain directions, but make sure you hear him say, "Thomas Says" first.

To race with Thomas, press the dome button a third time and wave your hand over Thomas to rev him up. When he's ready, he'll take off, and kids can chase after him to see who wins the race.

Is It Fun?

This toy puts Thomas & Friends fans behind the wheel of their favorite train engine. The sound effects, music, and phrases help bring the character to life as kids engage in imaginative play with Thomas. It's pretty easy to control Thomas as long you remember to wave your hand in the direction you want Thomas to go and to wave your hand above Thomas' roof, otherwise the motion sensors won't detect anything.

Who It’s For

Motion Control Thomas is for Thomas & Friends fans ages 2 and up.
