EDITOR'S REVIEW
OVERALL EDITOR'S RATING:
What It Is

The LEGO Star Wars: Vulture Droid from LEGO is a 205-piece set that builds a Separatist Vulture Droid and three minifigures of a Buzz Droid, Pilot Battle Droid, and a Neimoidian Warrior.

The constructed Vulture Droid has several movable pieces and features that allow it to go from flight mode to walking mode, as it does in the Star Wars prequels. In flight mode, the Vulture has a working cockpit that the Battle Droid fits in and two spring-loaded missiles. The Vulture is easily converted to walking mode by pivoting the wings. In walking mode, the canopy rises up and forward to become the droid's head.

Is It Fun?

This set lets kids recreate the action from the Star Wars prequels, especially if they have additional sets, or they can come up with their own stories for that galaxy far, far away.

Who It’s For

The Vulture Droid is intended for Star Wars fans, ages 7 to 12, but we think Star Wars collectors of all ages will also like it.

What To Be Aware Of

The directions are excellent and it should take most LEGO Builders about 30 minutes to complete.
