What It Is

Following up their dramatic Illumivor Shark, Skyrocket Toys has introduced the Illumivor Mecha-Pede, an R/C critter that lights up when you put it into motion. This is very basic R/C play with forward and backward movement and direction right or left operated by the controller. There is also a sliding switch underneath that you can adjust to ensure your Mecha-Pede's basic movement is in a straight line before you use the R/C functions. Even as basic as this is, what makes it cool is the light-up feature, something that can make any nighttime or in-the-dark play a little more adventurous.

Is It Fun?

Younger kids, especially, will get a kick out of the easy operation and the dramatic lighting effects. And it's sure to scare the cat.

Who It’s For

The Illumivor Mecha-Pede is for ages 6 and up.

What To Be Aware Of

The unit takes four AAA batteries and the remote control takes one 9V battery.
