What It Is
The Iron Man: Repulsor Ray Tech Lab is a clever toy from Uncle Milton's Marvel Science line that takes Iron Man's Arc Reactor and turns it into a series of training challenges for kids.
The Repulsor Ray device creates an air stream that can levitate the included Energy Spheres.
Is It Fun?
Leave it to Uncle Milton to make air fun. Repulsor Ray Tech Lab gives kids a series of challenges that start with mastering the placement of the energy spheres to maneuvering the spheres through the three included obstacle pieces. The obstacles go from a large opening to medium to small.
The Repulsor Ray also has a handheld mode that allows kids to move around a room while balancing the spheres on air. The obstacles can be placed around a room to create a course that kids have to pass the sphere through. For a final fun trick, roll a piece of paper into a tube and hold it just above the energy sphere and see what happens.
Who It’s For
This is a fun toy for young Iron Man fans. The box says 6 and up but 4 and 5 year olds will probably also get a kick out of it and should be able to master the obstacles.
What To Be Aware Of
It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to get everything set up but you will need 4 "AA" batteries, which are not included.
