What It Is

The Nerf Vortex Diatron blaster lets kids simultaneously send two discs hurtling at their target. The Diatron's XLR Disc Tech hurls the bright orange Vortex discs an extra-long distance. In order to fire, you need to push out the priming arm until you hear a click. Push the arm back, then press the trigger. You need to prime the blaster before each time you fire. The blaster's built-in drop-down clip snaps open for fast and easy reloading. The blaster's Tactical Rail is compatible with other Nerf Tactical Rail accessories, which are sold separately, so kids can upgrade the Diatron for more strategic play. The Nerf Vortex Diatron comes with eight discs.

Is It Fun?

While it can be difficult to move the priming arm each time, the firing power of this blaster is pretty cool. Kids will like that they can fire two discs at once and get good distance to reach far off targets.

Who It’s For

The Nerf Vortex Diatron is for ages 8 and up.

What To Be Aware Of

Do not aim the discs at people's eyes or faces.
