What It Is

The Laugh & Learn Puppy's Playhouse features more than 40 sing-along songs, tunes, and phrases. This doghouse-shaped toy comes with a soft rattle version of Fisher-Price's Laugh & Learn Puppy character that sits inside the doghouse and can be taken out for play. There are three modes of play. In ABC Learning mode, press the doorbell or bone to hear about opposites, letters, numbers, or a song. Bat the spinner to hear phrases about weather and colors. In Spanish Language mode, press the doorbell or bone to hear words in English and Spanish. Press the bone to hear a song. Bat the spinner to hear phrases about colors and weather in English and Spanish. In Music mode, press the doorbell, bone, or spinner to hear songs and sound effects. The doghouse also includes a door to open and a bee that babies can slide up and down on the roof.

Is It Fun?

The Laugh & Learn Puppy's Playhouse offers lots of great tactile play for young children. The lights and sounds and all the different things to touch and explore on the doghouse will keep kids engaged as they play. They'll also like playing with the soft rattle puppy both with and without the Puppy's Playhouse.

What To Be Aware Of

The Puppy's Playhouse comes with two AA batteries, but these are for try-me purposes. Fisher-Price recommends replacing these batteries before you play for best results.

Toys of this nature are best used with parental co-play at the youngest ages to create and reinforce context for the information. For older kids, they can practice the concepts included in the curriculum.

There are two volume settings: low and high.
