What It Is
Mathable Quattro is a card game that consists of making simple math equations by strategically placing cards around a four-card square. The player who disposes of all his cards first wins the game.
To start playing, place four cards from the deck—two rows of two cards side by side and face-up—in the center of the playing surface. Each player starts with seven cards. Players take turns trying to place one of their cards on the four cards in the middle of the playing surface. A card placed on the game surface must be the result of a mathematical equation (addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division) formed by two adjacent cards horizontally or vertically and can be placed on one of the two cards making the equation. A player can place as many cards as he can during one turn. When a player can no longer place cards on the game surface, it's the next player's turn. If a player can't play a card on his turn, he must draw a card from the reserve pile. He then has a choice to place that card on the game surface without being required to complete an equation.
Mathable Quattro comes with 106 numbered cards. The game is for two to four players.
