What It Is

What It Is

The original mind-reading toy is now coming from Techno Source. The new 20Q features increased mind-reading powers and a bigger screen that lights up. Also new about 20Q is that, in addition to "yes" and "no" answers as you play, it also lets you answer "rarely" or "sometimes." Players can also skip a question. In this electronic handheld version of 20 Questions, players think of an object and the 20Q device will ask questions, trying to guess the object in 20 questions or less. The device will guess after about the 18th question, and, if it guesses incorrectly, it will ask two more questions. 20Q is available in three colors: red, blue, and pink. It also features sound control.

Why It’s Fun

You'll be surprised at how eerily accurate it is. When we played, 20Q got "giraffe," "guitar," and "bread." (Although, it did miss a few things, such as "parrot.") 20Q's compact size makes it great for on-the-go fun.

Who It’s For

20Q is for ages 8 and up.

What to Be Aware of

They say that it can't be beat, but we beat it a couple of times. Keep trying and playing because sometimes you'll beat it and sometimes it'll beat you. That's part of the fun.

20Q comes with two AAA batteries.
