What It Is

What It Is

The Nerf N-Strike Barricade RV-10 blaster is a motorized, semi-automatic blaster with a revolving dart barrel that unleashes a barrage of up to 10 darts. The Barricade RV-10 holds up to 10 whistler darts (They are called "whistler" darts because they make a whistling sound as they fly through the air.) and is compatible with the Nerf Tactical Rail System and alternate N-Strike stocks. The darts are easy for kids to load, and the RV-10 itself is easy to use. Simply turn it on and push the trigger to fire.

Why It’s Fun

This is a classic boys' play pattern, and foam dart blasters are a great way for kids to engage in this kind of play. This blaster is easy to use, and boys will like the rapid-fire action.

Who It’s For

The Barricade RV-10 is easy enough for boys ages 6 and up to use.

What to Be Aware of

The Barricade RV-10 requires three AA batteries, which are not included. You'll need a screwdriver to insert the batteries.

Children should be instructed on proper use of the blaster. It's probably unrealistic to tell them not to fire at other people, but they should be instructed never to shoot above the shoulders or below the waist. As always, Nerf is all about soft, safe fun, so with a little care, kids can enjoy this classic play.

If the blaster jams, it's probably because the safety casing on top isn't closed.

Use only the included whistler darts with this blaster.
