Don’t be too disappointed if you didn’t make it to Hollywood with the rest of the American Idol gang because now Hollywood is coming to your home. Karaoke Revolution Presents American Idol Encore 2 (with microphone) is a new and improved version of the first game. This new edition features improved graphics, 40 new songs from the 70’s to now, more accurate judging by the three judges, two-player duets or challenges, and oodles of options for creating your Idol-Avatar. You can choose to play with friends and family, as mentioned above as two-player duets, or compete in front of the American Idol judges as you sing your way to stardom.
The game is available for the Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360, however, the PS3 and Xbox editions feature downloadable songs and an online co-op, head-to-head mode not available on the Wii. Karaoke Revolution Presents American Idol Encore 2 is in stores now and retails for around $70 with the microphone.
