What It Is
The Mario Kart Mini Radio Control Kart is a basic R/C car featuring Donkey Kong. Once you insert the batteries, you'll need to charge up the car. It takes about 15 minutes to get a full charge. This is a zippy little kart with basic forward/back and left/right controls that will be easy for any kid to use.
There are other Karts in the line, which you can see on TTPM, including Mario, Yoshi, Toad, Luigi, and Peach. These are designed to run on three different frequencies, which means kids can play with multiple Karts together, and the frequency of the individual unit is indicated on the box.
Is It Fun?
We like the authentic kart design, which comes right from the video game, and, of course, the speed, so if you're looking for an offline Mario Kart experience, this is it.
Who It’s For
The company recommends it for ages 8 and up, but younger kids should be able to use this with no problem, particularly if an adult helps with set up.
What To Be Aware Of
The toy requires three AA batteries, which are not included.
