What It Is

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Z-Line Ninjas: Fire Escape Free Fall from Playmates Toys is part of the Z-Line Ninjas line of playsets. These playsets attach to walls and use a series of zip-lines and launchers to create different action and reaction sequences.

In the Fire Escape Free Fall, kids can send one of the turtles figures zipping down a line into the hanging T-shirt, which triggers the fire escape to drop, and sends any bad guys on it plummeting to the ground.

The playset attaches to a wall using Command Strips from 3M. Three Command Strips are included along with three wall clips, a C-Clamp, a Gargoyle Launcher, two tension cylinders, two Z-Line pulleys, a two-hand handle, a one-hand handle, a 48-inch zip line, a 72-inch zip line, and an angle gauge.

Is It Fun?

This wall-mounted playset is a cool new way for kids to engage in Turtles play and take their turtles toys to new heights. Kids will get a kick out of watching their figures zip down the lines and trigger the action point to defeat the bad guys.

Who It’s For

This Turtles playset is for Turtles fans, ages 4 and up.

What To Be Aware Of

The instructions for setting everything up are good. However, an adult should be on hand to make sure everything is set up properly. You will need a decent amount of space to attach the playset and launcher to either adjacent walls or a wall and furniture. Make sure to follow the instructions for removing the Command Strips.

Figures are sold separately.
