What It Is

In the Spider-Man book High Voltage!, written by Frank Berrios and illustrated by Francesco Legramandi and Andrea Cagol, Daily Bugle photographer Peter Parker attends the city's unveiling of its new high-speed electric train. But Peter, aka Spider-Man, feels his spider-sense tingle, and that's because the electrically charged villain Electro is there to wreak havoc and steal the train.
