What It Is
With the Mini Light Designer, kids can draw on three light-up panels to create colorful animations and light shows. Fan out each of the three panels or individually remove them for easy drawing and layered effects. The Mini Light Designer comes with three Mini Gel FX Markers (blue, orange, and green) for drawing. Slide the panels back into the Mini Light Designer and turn it on to light it up. There are four action buttons. One lights up the top panel, the second lights up the middle panel, and the third lights up the bottom panel. When kids press the fourth button once, the panels will blink in order: top, middle, bottom, top, middle, bottom, etc. Press the fourth button again to make the panels blink in a cycle: top, middle, bottom, middle, top. Press the button a third time to watch the lights do a slow fade in order. And pressing the button a fourth time will make the lights do a slow fade in a cycle.
To erase your drawings and start again, wipe the panels clean with a damp cloth or paper towel. When you're finished drawing, the Mini Gel FX Markers can be stored inside the base, under the panels.
Is It Fun?
Kids will love getting creative with the Mini Light Designer, and then watching their creations light up and animate. This is a lot of fun for on-the-go play, too, thanks to its small size and built-in storage.
Who It’s For

What To Be Aware Of
The buttons on the Mini Light Designer are not numbered, but the instructions show a diagram of the buttons with numbers. This is helpful except that the diagram switched the positions of the third and fourth buttons.
Three AA batteries are required but not included.
For best results, use the Mini Light Designer in a darkened room.
The Mini Light Designer will go into sleep mode if not used for 15 minutes.
Use only Mini Gel FX Markers on the panels. Additional Mini Gel FX Markers can be purchased separately.
