What It Is

Lil' Chirpers Sorting Eggs is a yellow carton that contains six plastic eggs with silly faces on them. The shells "crack" open to reveal six brightly colored chicks. When kids press on the chicks' heads, they will hear chirping noises. On the bottom of each egg is a shaped peg that fits into the carton like a puzzle. For example, one egg has a heart-shaped peg that fits into the heart shape in the carton.

Is It Fun?

This is a fun way to introduce babies to colors, shapes, matching, and cause and effect. The eggs are just the right size for little hands, and the chirping noises are too cute.

Who It’s For

Lil' Chirpers Sorting Eggs is for ages 12 months and up. For a 12-month-old, there will be a lot of exploration and trial-and-error as they try to master the shapes at first, but he or she will enjoy just playing with the eggs.

What To Be Aware Of

The chicks cannot be removed from the egg shells.
