What It Is
Last year, Hasbro reintroduced Furby and now the fun expands further with Furby Party Rockers. The Party Rockers are about half the size of Furbies. They still have digital eyes, but the eyes do not open and close. Also, the Party Rockers do not move around like the original Furbies. But these smaller Furbies still have very big personalities. The more you "rock" them (or play with them), the wilder they get. Rock a Furby Party Rocker back and forth to start party mode. You can also pull its tail or ears for a reaction. The Party Rockers also react to music. Furby Party Rockers speak Furbish, and there is an online dictionary and free Furby app so kids can find out what their Furby is saying and learn Furbish, too. The Party Rockers interact with each other and with the original Furbies by chatting or singing together. Furby Party Rockers are available in a variety of colors, and each Party Rocker is sold separately.
Is It Fun?
Furby Party Rockers are a lot of fun to watch and play with. They've got the same great personalities as the original Furbies but in a smaller size. If you already own a Furby, a Furby Party Rocker makes a fun and funny friend for your Furby. But even if you don't own a Furby, Furby Party Rockers are still lots of fun to interact with.
Who It’s For
Furby Party Rockers are for ages 6 and up.
What To Be Aware Of
Three AAA batteries are required but not included.
According to Hasbro, the Furby Rockers' "personalities" are already developed when kids get them; they don't grow over time as the original Furby does.
The free Furby app is optional and works with the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch with iOS 5.0 or later. It is also available for Android devices. Not all the functions of the app work with the Party Rockers.
