- Nowhere to Go from Educational Insights
- We recommend this product for ages 8 and up
What It Is
Nowhere to Go is a strategy game for two players. Each player places his or her spy piece on one of the two starting spaces. Then each player places five blockers at random anywhere on the board. Players take turns moving their spy pieces as many spaces as they (at least one space) like across any bridges that are not blocked. Players end their turns by placing a blocker on any bridge. The first player to trap the other spy with blockers wins. Nowhere to Go comes with a hexagonal game board, two playing pieces, and 40 blockers.
Is It Fun?
Nowhere to Go is easy to learn but definitely requires some strategic thinking. The more blockers that get added to the board, the harder it gets to move your spy pieces. You can't just think of where to place your next blocker. You also need to keep in mind where your opponent might play his next blocker and keep your spy piece from getting blocked.
Who It’s For
Nowhere to Go is for ages 8 and up.
What To Be Aware Of
For more advanced players, Educational Insights recommends decreasing the number of blockers you use at the start of the game. Using only two or three blockers to start makes the game more challenging.
