What It Is
Waverly and her friends are three-inch tall mermaids who live in the magical world of Azarella. Each mermaid has a sea creature pet and a magical pearl that unlocks secrets. With Waverly's Magic Seashell playset, kids can unlock the secrets. The pink seashell playset opens up to reveal a swing, a seaweed tree, a mermaid couch, a pearl, a ring for girls to wear, a slide, and a three-inch Waverly doll. There are also places for the Pearl Pets (sold separately) to be displayed. Waverly can slide down the slide, or you can slide the pearl down the slide. Once the pearl reaches the bottom, Waverly will tell you a secret and the seashell will light up. The pearl can also fit into the top of the wearable ring.
There are six additional mermaid dolls to collect: Star, Amelia, Mirabella, Coralina, Breena, and another Waverly. Each mermaid comes with her own magic pearl to collect and a scepter hairbrush. When kids place any of these other pearls in the Waverly's Magic Seashell playset, they will unlock the secrets of the other mermaids. Each mermaid is sold separately and retails for about $7.99.
There are also eight pets to collect: Bitsy, Bubbles, Izzy, Chip, Twinkle, Pip, Tay, and Bonzo. Each pet comes with a shell and a magic pearl to collect. Placing one of these pearls into Waverly's Magic Seashell playset unlocks secrets about the pets. Each pet is sold separately and retails for $4.99.
Kids can collect all the pearls to unlock more than 50 secrets.
